TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

INVOICE REQUEST
Customers who request an invoice for the products purchased have the possibility to do so within 3 days at most from the date of the order. To request the invoice it is necessary to send an email to info@ingreecewetrust.com and clearly state the details of the company:

REQUEST FOR ORDER PREPARATION
The average time to prepare orders is 2-3 days and may vary depending on the volume of incoming orders (i.e. may be shorter during the low season, may be more days during the high season and certain promotions )
Once the order is prepared and delivered to the selected courier, the customer will receive an email notification with the tracking number required for the progress of the shipment on the courier website.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered products due to product availability issues or for any other reason, IN GREECE WE TRUST will immediately contact the customer to update the delivery schedule or find the second best solution according to the customer himself.
We recommend that you always check the registered address at checkout to minimize the chance of a delivery error. All applicable taxes for shipping or returning products due to incorrect contact information are the responsibility of the customer.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS COSTS

For shipments within the European Community, customs taxes are never required as the customs union between member states is in effect.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EC, has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of actual delivery.
Notification of withdrawal must be made by sending an email to info@ingreecewetrust.com, giving all the information contained in the DELIVERY NOTE and including the ORDER NUMBER in the email.
The withdrawal can only be activated for the ORDER IN ITS COMPLETION, for shipping the consumer must use the same outer and inner packaging that he originally received.

RETURN COSTS from Greece will be borne by the company if the consumer follows the instructions received from the customer service department for the shipment.
RETURN COSTS from another country will be borne by the consumer.
Once the package is received at the IN GREECE WE TRUST warehouse, we will refund the total amount no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods. Repayment is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are damaged or altered products.
